PFM and BFM services available via internet and mobile banking in Italy 2022
In 2022, financial management services in Italy via internet banking and mobile banking exhibited varying levels of usage. Personal financial management (PSM) was available on 58 percent of the internet banking platforms and 75 percent of the mobile banking platforms. Dashboard analysis was offered on 42 percent of the surveyed mobile banking platforms and 38 percent of the internet banking platforms, making it another relatively widely available service.
