Influencers reviews driving sales among luxury shoppers worldwide 2021, by generation
Ratings and reviews from influencers drove five out of 10 Gen Z luxury consumers to purchase items online, according to the survey conducted in October 2021 across five countries, including the United States. Among Millennials, 41 percent of the respondents considered influencer content about high-end brands a driver of online sales. The share amounted to 46 percent and 37 percent of Gen X and Baby Boomer consumers, respectively.
