The vacancy rate for office real estate in Oslo, Norway, increased in 2023, after declining for two years in a row. In the fourth quarter of the year, 5.7 percent of office space was vacant, up fromĀ 5.3 percent in the previous year. Nevertheless, this was still below 2020 levels, when vacancies spiked because of the coronavirus pandemic. In Europe, some of the markets with the lowest share of vacant space are Berlin, Luxembourg, and Hamburg.
