Main channels of new brand discovery Italy Q3 2023
According to a global survey conducted in the third quarter of 2023, almost 41 percent of internet users in Italy reported discovering new brands via search engines. More than one-third (or 36.6 percent) of the respondents came upon new brands through ads on TV. Meanwhile, around 31 percent of the users discovered new brands, products, and services via word-of-mouth recommendations.
