New cancer cases among males in Italy 2008-2016, by macro region
Between 2008 and 2016, around 704 out of 100 thousand males were diagnosed with cancer in Italy. The number of new cases was the highest in the Northern part of the country, where 735.5 every 100 thousand inhabitants suffered from cancer. Conversely, in the South the incidence rate was 635.7 per 100 thousand inhabitants. These figures were
