Value of forest product imports from China to India 2007-2017
As of 2017, India's import of forest products from China stood at 129 million U.S. dollars which was five percent higher in comparison to the import value recorded in 2016. Indo-China trade relations with regard to forestry products have been fluctuating. India increasingly imported Chinese forest products between 2007 and 2011. The highest import value was recorded in 2011 at 159 million U.S. dollars after which the import values dipped.
