Complaints resolved by end of day by green energy suppliers Great Britain 2014-2018
This statistic shows how small to medium sized green energy companies in Great Britain fared in resolving complaints by the end of the next work day, from 2014 to 2018. In the second quarter of 2017, Solarplicity resolved 93 percent of customer complaints by the end of the next work day. However, by the first quarter of 2018 this had fallen to just seven percent.
