This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in Italy in 2017 among 164 companies, mainly small- sized enterprises active in the manufacturing sector. During the survey, employees were asked to indicate which kind of economic crime has been committed against their organization through cyber-attacks. As of the survey period, 31 percent of respondents declared that cybercrime against their company led to the disruption of business processes. Other 29 percent reported they experienced asset misappropriation.
