Workplace promotion expectations in China 2024, by gender
According to an annual survey about Chinese women's workplace conducted in the beginning of 2024, less than 22 percent of female respondents believed that they will likely or definitely be promoted at work. Meanwhile, approximately 25.4 percent of male respondents were optimistic about their career advancement.
