Maximum fees shoppers are willing to pay for online returns U.S. 2022, by order value
In the United States, online shoppers were willing to pay a maximum fee of 12.8 U.S. dollars to return an e-commerce purchase valued at 150 dollars. For orders of 15 dollars, U.S. e-shoppers were willing to pay a maximum fee of 7.5 dollars to return their online purchases. These figures are much higher than the maximum return fees that French shoppers and UK shoppers were willing to pay for their online purchases.
