Number of video streaming services canceled in the U.S. 2022, by age
According to an October 2022 survey, younger age groups were most likely to cancel their video streaming subscription in the U.S., with for example one in five 18 to 34-year-olds canceling two to five services in the three months prior to the survey. The share of respondents in this age group who have not canceled a video streaming subscription amounted to 66 percent. Meanwhile, over 90 percent of respondents aged 55 years and older stated that have not terminated a service in the past three months.
