Young people's ownership of mobile phones in Africa 2015-2018
Between 2015 and 2018, mobile phone ownership in African countries was higher among young males than females. In that period, 86 percent of the males aged 15 to 29 years owned a mobile phone, compared to 77 percent of the females.
