Eight out of ten Russians reported that their employers did not persuade them to vote for any particular party in the State Duma election in September 2021. Furthermore, 10 percent got recommendations on which party to vote for, while two percent got threatened with sanctions in case they refused to vote for the party suggested by their employer.
