Children aged 14-17 years in institutions in South Africa 2018, by province
In 2018, the province with the highest share of children between the ages of 14 and 17 years in educational institutions was Limpopo, at 98.3 percent. Gauteng and Free State followed with 96.7 and 96.3 percent, respectively. Moreover, the province with the highest out of school rate among children was Northern Cape, at 9.5 percent.
