Satisfaction with the BSA in New Zealand 2018-2021
According to a survey of television, radio, and multimedia broadcasters in New Zealand in 2021, 85 percent of respondents felt that Broadcasting Standards Authority (BSA) staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. 80 percent of respondents reported being satisfied with their relationship with the BSA. The Broadcasting Standards Authority was established in 1989 and is tasked with determining and ensuring compliance with Codes of Broadcasting Practice on free-to-air television, pay television, and radio.
