Top 5 industries using remote access 2020

From the time period before the COVID-19 pandemic (June 2019 to February 2020) to during (March 2020 to June 2020), in North America, Western Europe and Asia Pacific, the education industry saw the most change in daily VPN and RDP authentications to remote technology with 77.8 percent. Of the five industries leading the remote access charge, the telecom and technology sectors were also noteworthy in their increase of remote access usage.
