Knowledge of the upcoming HBO Max platform in the U.S. 2019
A representative survey of the U.S. population has revealed that 51 percent of adults have had zero exposure to news surrounding HBO's upcoming video streaming platform. Given the success of platforms such as Netflix and Hulu, a variety of entertainment companies have decided to pursue businesses in the subscription video-on-demand (SVoD) space, but without proper advertising and exposure they risk getting buried in a market which is becoming more and more diluted each year.
